Injury check: All clear. ______ This week I ran twice at the gym:
30 mins that included hills
2 km, which took just under 13 mins
These sort of times / distances don't really feel like they warrant a post of their own any more - I'm just dropping them in here so you don't think I'm sitting with my feet up during the week and only running at the weekends. Onwards!
